Depressed regularly. Had the peace of Jesus and slowly fell into old self. Hated that and I got stuck, hard to get back.

Beloved the reason you're depressed is because you've lost the Pearl of Great Price now you must start from the beginning when we neglect prayer and reading the Bible on a daily basis our soul becomes
dry like the desert your soul is in need of Jesus begin by listening to songs of Praise& Worship the ones that lift you into the heavens and bring the glory of the Lord down to where you are and lift
you up into His presence then begin reading your Bible you know the one you probably have highlighted promises in? Don't I repeat Don't give in to your despair don't give the devil an inch because
he'll take a yard if you're comitting any sin repent if you don't live alone or have children set a quiet place & time when you can meet with God alone Jesus never left or forsake you things got in
the way or someone became a stumbling block in your relationship with Jesus it's time now for Jesus to have His rightful place in your heart ask the Holy Spirit to help you get back on your feet
