Hi Anna, in Exodus chapter 4 the Bible teaches about a very old man who had a speech problem. God used him to deliver the Israelites out of bondage. I strongly believe that if you start to read the word of God to your son, there will be deliverance. This man Moses became a mighty man of God, and I pray the same for Ceasear in Jesus’s name. Please find a child’s Bible and read to him about how God gave Moses the power to overcome fear.
