I am suffering due to a betrayal from a person who appeared as the most sincere Christian I have known of. Heartbroken.
"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Cor 15:58 Remember this in your trial. Your pain is never unnoticed by God. But do not allow it to move you away from Him. Trust Him, always. I have suffered pretty intense abuse from other people I truly considered to be Christians. I know it is very hard and confusing. But keep holding onto Jesus.
No matter what, give it to Jesus. Never look at the storm, but to Him. He loves us all. May the Lord bless you, keep you, shine His face upon you and your family.
