Salvation for unsaved family, especially Gigi; son wake up and turn from idolatry; wife healthy pregnancy, God provide; save me from loving idolatry.

I've prayed for an old friend for a long time and nothing has happened. Need to know God wants me to keep praying for this or just let it go.
I have been having problems with my teeth and gums that haven't gone away. I want God to heal everything that is abnormal or damaged.
