    Be strong! Ask for God's grace to help you obey and overcome temptation. Hebrews 4:16 and 1 John 5:4. He did it with me and will most assuredly and abundantly fill you with the power to overcome any sin! Grace and peace to you.

    Yes, we all need help. We are unable to do it on our own. but God must to it. May Father God answer this prayer, in the name of Jesus.
