You can do this. Stop stealing for a start. That should be easier to break, just don't do it. You can say no to stealing. Lord stop the addiction to stealing.
The rest you will need the Holy Spirit's real inner transformation not to feel the need to lie etc. Why are you lying etc? Ask the Lord to show you why you are doing this?
The first step is your step, to know you are a sinner and are looking for a change. We can't do it in our strength. May the Lord bless you, keep you, shine His face upon you and your family, in the name of Jesus.
