These are difficult days where even mature Christians are being tested. I am so sorry for this development in your life. I have been there. Maybe you are there as a stepping stone for the next position which will be better. In such situations I have found it is for a temporary season. You might be there to refine grace in your life and to be an encouragement for some co-workers who really need the love of Jesus, even though they are unkind to you. God will help you in some way. Endure with Him!
