I know how you feel. I have been through that, it is a torment. I get very affected by noise because I struggle with PTSD. I am definitely praying and interceding for this situation. Annoint your apartment and continue to pray without ceasing. Speak the Word out loud and leave praise music on low all day. God bless you.
