TEXT: I did nothing about that situation until today. The police only handed me a citizen's report to fill out, and much like my family's other plans, nothing worked.
TEXT: On Tuesday, May 6th, I had another run-in with my evil neighbor, 20 calls between 11:20 and 11:30 PM ET. Cursing, threats, yelling, and he claimed I called the police.
