Be Still and Know That I Am God

What does it mean to be still? It means to admit defeat and to come to the end of ourselves so that we can cease from the striving and struggling to be Godly in our own strength. Today, God is inviting us to let go of those things that seem to be Godly, but has its fuel source in human effort and to come to Him so He can be God to you. The deepest work of God is the quiet work that’s goes on in the inward work of our heart.

When Ice Forms On Your Wings

The Bible admonishes us to “trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding.” It’s is so important that the Word of God becomes entwined with our character so we will be able to respond in a correct manner in our trials. Everyone will face seasons when coldness threatens our calling and the weight of the moment causes us to fear that we are in a spiritual stall. In these seasons it’s imperative not to pull back but push forward and believe that we will renewed in God’s power. Trust God and He will strengthen you to fulfill the calling He has placed on your life.

The Final Pleading of Conscience

Our weakness for personal pleasure can open us up for seduction. The lust of our own heart can cause us to leave the answer to pursue a question. America is pursuing an illusion. What about you? The seduction you fall under is after your life. As the church, we are to take a stand against sin and rise up and fight. We have a moment of mercy where God will bring about a final pleading of conscience.

Evil Is at the Gate

America is on the verge of being given to the godless. The value system of the godless is being imposed on this generation and this will result in the darkest time for America. As the true Christians, we are the only ones who have the power to push back this darkness. We are called to humble ourselves and pray. It’s time to turn away from sin, trust God for the power to live right and allow our hearts to be turned to the needs of others.
